Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Personalised / Custom Items

    • Because our products are made to your specifications (e.g. personalised engraving, custom text, bespoke design), we regret that we cannot accept returns for “change of mind” once production has begun.

    • Please double check all personalisation details (spelling, font, placement) before you confirm your order.

  2. Faults and Errors

    • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as you specified, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

    • We will offer, at our discretion: a replacement, a repair, or a full refund, depending on the nature of the fault.

  3. Refund Process

    • Once we receive the returned item (or satisfactory evidence of the fault), we will process your refund via your original payment method within 14 days.

    • Please note: we may deduct a reasonable amount if the item has been used in a way that reduces its value (but only if we have informed you of this possibility in our terms).

  4. Return Shipping

    • Unless we have agreed to collect the item ourselves, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by you (the customer).

    • Please ensure the item is carefully packaged to avoid further damage during return.

  5. Cancelling Before Production

    • If you change your mind before production has started, you may cancel your order (please contact us immediately).

    • If production has not yet begun, we may refund your order less any costs already incurred (e.g. materials purchased).
