Personalised / Custom Items

Because our products are made to your specifications (e.g. personalised engraving, custom text, bespoke design), we regret that we cannot accept returns for “change of mind” once production has begun.

Please double check all personalisation details (spelling, font, placement) before you confirm your order.

Faults and Errors

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as you specified, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We will offer, at our discretion: a replacement, a repair, or a full refund, depending on the nature of the fault.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item (or satisfactory evidence of the fault), we will process your refund via your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note: we may deduct a reasonable amount if the item has been used in a way that reduces its value (but only if we have informed you of this possibility in our terms).

Return Shipping

Unless we have agreed to collect the item ourselves, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by you (the customer).

Please ensure the item is carefully packaged to avoid further damage during return.

Cancelling Before Production

If you change your mind before production has started, you may cancel your order (please contact us immediately).

If production has not yet begun, we may refund your order less any costs already incurred (e.g. materials purchased).
